Lots of fairs are held every year in Rome, usually in the area called Fiera di Roma, a fair structure located in via Portuense, towards Fiumicino.

The new area of Fiera di Roma was opened in 2006 and is well connected with the city centre by FR1 railway. It covers a surface if 70.000 m², subdivided into 12 variable rooms, which makes it one of the biggest fair structures in Europe. It includes a series of buildings that host conferences (like the Palafiera and the Meetingfiera buildings) or vast exhibitions (like the Tecnofiera or the Expomeeting buildings).

The area has four entries, with a hall, ticket offices and several services each. The Fiera di Roma is an excellent place for any kind of event, since it has numerous exhibition spaces fit for meetings, events, conventions and fairs. These spaces have been used for 40 years and have hosted events encompassing any kind of sector.
