Rome parks

Rome is not just a prominent cultural centre, but also the city with most green areas in Europe, due to its abundance of parks and natural reserves. The biggest park of the city is the parco di Villa Doria Pamphili, ancient noble estate, but you can go for a pleasant stroll also in the big parks of Villa Ada and Villa Borghese, on the panoramic Gianicolo, in Villa Torlonia or in Villa Glori.
