The Galleria Doria Pamphilj is a private collection of approximately 400 works of art set inside the homonymous Roman palace, in Via Del Corso. The majestic 17th century palace boasts a nice Bramantian-style yard, private apartments full of precious antique ornaments and furniture and elegant halls, where works of art are set. Among the masterpieces hosted at the Galleria Pamphili many date back to the 17th century (Caravaggio, Guercino, Annibale Carracci, Jan Bruegel, Velàzquez, Gaspar Dughet), other to the Renaissance (Raphael, Titian, Lorenzo Lotto, Parmigianino, Correggio). Also, there is a certain number of marble busts (some by Gian Lorenzo Bernini and Algardi) and ancient sculptures.
